30 Reasons to Celebrate Teachers & Staff

At Kids Hope USA, mentors walk alongside parents, teachers, and other school staff to help show a student they are loved and cared for. Teachers and staff serve important roles in a Kids Hope USA model by offering communication, support, and opportunities for mentors and students to meet together.  

While there are so many reasons to celebrate the important work that teachers and school staff do for students in our communities, here we share 30 reasons why teachers and staff are amazing.

  1. Teachers provide love, attention, and care for all their students.  
  1. Teachers help their students succeed academically.

  1. Teachers connect with a student’s Kids Hope USA mentor—working together to meet the needs a student may have.

  1. Staff such as administrative assistants are available for questions or helping mentors navigate a situation.  
  1. Teachers and staff believe in the power of mentoring and welcome a Kids Hope USA program.  
  1. Staff help celebrate important things at schools, whether volunteer appreciation or teacher appreciation.  
  1. Teachers and staff often aren’t recognized enough for their challenging yet transformative jobs.
