Doug was the President & CEO of the Fleetwood Group from 1995 to 2015. Prior to that he was Vice President of the Toyota/Honda Business Unit for Donnelly Corporation (now Magna). He began his career as a Sales Representative for P&G.

Doug has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Hope College and a MBA from Grand Valley State University. He has worked at Hope College for 32 years and currently serves as it’s Director of Finance.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Suzanne spent 26 years as a partner at Chapman and Cutler LLP in Chicago, ultimately leading the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice, representing individuals, charitable organizations and corporate fiduciaries in a full range of wealth planning, tax and fiduciary matters. Currently at Northern Trust, she is also an adjunct professor in the Tax Program at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Dave’s career has been in the area of nonprofit administration. He began with 19 years at Hope College as Assistant Director of Admissions, Associate Dean of Students, and Vice President of College Advancement. He continued with another 19 years as Managing Editor in a denominational publishing house, and 17 years as Executive Director of a Christian Camp and Retreat Center. He is currently retired.
