While all Kids Hope USA volunteers play a special role in making one-on-one relationships possible, the director serves as the key leader of the program.
Through the initial and ongoing support from the Kids Hope USA National Office, directors anchor the program at the church and serve as the key liaison with the school. They provide supervision and support for mentors and prayer partners while also giving educators confidence that the program will run smoothly during the academic year.
