Recently a KIDS HOPE USA Director introduced a new student and mentor. Upon going to the classroom to meet Eli, the director and mentor heard him tell his teacher, “I really don’t want to go.” Eli’s teacher encouraged him and promised him it would be fine.
After Eli returned to class after spending his first hour with his mentor, he couldn’t stop talking about his new friend and all the things they had in common.
