Bill, who is now an 8th grader, has been bounced from relative to relative almost his whole life. Because of these moves, Bill has relocated to many different schools. His faithful mentor, Phillip, was granted permission to follow him to each school for stability in a relationship outside of KIDS HOPE USA. More often than not, Bill would disappear without warning, yet by the grace of God he and Phillip would eventually reconnect. It has been a while since Phillip has seen Bill, but he recently, received a letter from him that read, “Can you get me in that HOPE thing again? I really need help…in homework too…!”
