Never Alone

During this time of year, I reflect on the fact that Mary and Joseph were essentially alone at Jesus’ birth. Since His birth, believers in Jesus are never alone. This must bring great comfort to the Christian prisoners I visit, those who have lost a spouse, or children without a parent must also derive comfort from knowing Jesus said, “I will never leave you or forsake you.”

We had a great Christmas party with our KIDS HOPE USA children this week at school before the holiday break. I hope you have a chance to catch your breath during this holiday break from mentoring but are comforted by the fact that mentors and their prayer partners are always seeking discernment regarding where they should proceed as the relationship deepens.

Have the merriest of Christmas’s!
